These Terms apply to nova-d.shop and orders placed through its checkout. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information and use an authorised payment method.

US prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown before payment. An order is an offer to buy and is accepted only after nova-d verifies stock and payment and issues confirmation. We may cancel an order for unavailable inventory, an obvious listing error, a failed security check, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, or a legal restriction and will refund any captured amount.

Do not disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content commercially, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Third-party trademarks identify their owners and do not imply sponsorship or authorised-reseller status unless expressly stated.

Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to applicable law, indirect business losses and delays caused by events outside reasonable control are excluded. These Terms are governed by applicable US law.
