Refund policy

Email promiseesmond2673@outlook.com before sending a return. State the order number, item, condition, and reason. We will confirm the authorised return address and instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

nova-d accepts eligible unused and resalable products requested for return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be complete, undamaged, and in original packaging with accessories and labels. Consumable products, including beverages and opened food or drink, cannot be returned for change of mind once opened because of safety and quality-control requirements.

Customers pay voluntary return shipping and should use tracking. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping for a voluntary return is not refundable unless required by the order terms or applicable law.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is leaking, damaged, expired, unsafe, incorrect, or materially not as described, stop using it and contact us promptly. Provide photographs of the item, package, seal, and date or lot marking where available. We will pay or reimburse reasonable return postage for an accepted problem and provide replacement, refund, price adjustment, or another remedy required by law.

Refunds

After an authorised return is received and inspected, we normally issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Your card issuer or bank may take longer to post the credit. Keep the return receipt until the refund appears.

The business address is for correspondence and is not automatically the return warehouse. Do not ship goods there without written confirmation from support.
