Payment Policy

nova-d shows product price, sale price where genuine, shipping, applicable sales tax, and final order total in USD before payment. The same price and availability should appear in the product feed, landing page, cart, and checkout.

Payment options are those actually enabled in Shopify checkout, which may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital wallets. Availability can vary by device, issuer, location, and risk assessment. Footer payment logos should match live checkout methods.

Payment credentials are encrypted and handled by Shopify and the selected processor. nova-d does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. A provider may request address verification, fraud screening, or 3-D Secure authentication.

We accept an order after successful authorisation, stock review, and confirmation. We may hold or cancel a declined, reversed, duplicated, or suspicious transaction. Captured funds for an order we cancel are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are processed according to the Refund and Return Policy.

Never send a password, one-time code, or full payment credentials to nova-d by email, text, or phone.
